Natural Home Liver Flush Recipe Ingredients:
1) 4-8 oz Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Love Your Liver Brand)
2) 4-8 oz Organic Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3) 50-500 mg Niacin (Vitamin B3)
4) 16-32 oz Organic Coffee Enema

5) 1-2 tsp Epsom Salt in 4 oz water (Optional)
6) Castor Oil Pack Compress 1 hr per day for 4 days (Optional but recommended)

Liver Flush Preparation: Eat plenty of raw organic fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouted legumes, grains, seeds  and nuts for 1-4 weeks before performing a liver flush. These liver cleansing foods will support and optimize your liver function. Raw organic fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains seeds and nuts contain important vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, enzymes and vital life force for the liver to maintain health and vitality. Some of these important nutrients include selenium, vitamins A,B,C & E, folic acid, sulphur, taurine, glycine, glutamine, cysteine, glutathione and essential amino acids. Drink delicious fresh organic fruit smoothies for breakfast and amazing liver cleansing raw soups & raw salads for lunch and dinner. Replace cooked bread for healthy tasty manna bread, manna bread is living sprouted dehydrated bread made from sprouted grains such as millet, rye, wheatberries, brown rice & kamut. Dehydrating is an excellent way to preserve your food and keep it fresh. By dehydrating you can make healthy snacks like delicious raw kale chips, banana chips or raw crusts for a lifefood pizza. Apple cider vinegar contains a higher concentration of malic acid than does apples or apple juice. Green granny smith apples contain more malic acid than other apples. Lemons and grapefruit are cleansing to the liver because they contain high concentrations of the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are used in detoxifying processes of the liver. Many of the nutrients are used in both phase one and two of the liver detoxification pathways.  Include liver cleansing herbs such as tumeric, garlic, ginger, milk thistle and dandelion to your raw soups  and smoothies to strengthen and rebuild the liver. Stay away from fatty foods, deep fried foods, refined sugar, preservatives, coffee, all junk food and artificial sweeteners. Drink plenty of water and apple juice. Take 1-2 oz shots of apple cider vinegar once in a while to get a good dose of malic acid.   A liquid diet of  raw smoothies and soups for the last 3-4 days of your 1-4 week liver flush protocol is recommended for optimal liver performance leading to the flush.

How to do a Liver Flush?

1) Drink 1 cup organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
2) Drink 1 cup organic fresh squeezed lemon juice
3) Take 50-500mg niacin (vitamin B3)
4) Do a 2-4 cup coffee enema (watch how to video)
5)
(optional) Take 1-2 tbsp epsom salt in glass of water
6)
(optional but recommended) Do a castor oil pack/compress 1 hr a day for 3 days leading to the flush

Drink 4-8 oz organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and 4-8 oz fresh squeezed organic lemon juice. Shortly after take 50-500 mg of niacin B3. Niacin is vitamin B3 and increases circulation in the blood. You may get red and itchy skin during the niacin flush but you can get the no flush version that works just as good with out the red and itchy part. The niacin acts as a bile duct dilator so stones can pass easily through the bile duct. Shortly after taking niacin (1-10 mins) do a coffee enema. You will need about 8-32 oz of coffee and an enema bulb/bag/bucket. The coffee can be warm-room temp. You lay on your right side and put the coffee into the rectum and fill up the colon. The coffee enema is an important part of the liver flush recipe it acts to dilate the bile duct like niacin but it also stimulates the liver to go into detox flush dumping mode. Your liver flush will go to new heights with the use of the coffee enema.  Just Flush It !

Epsom Salt (Optional) - if you are going to epsom salt take it shortly after drinking the olive oil and lemon juice mixture. Epsom salt is a bile duct dilator and relaxer and is used as a safety measure so stones don't get stuck in the bile ducts.

Castor Oil Pack Compress ( Optional but recommended) - doing a castor oil pack for 1 hr per day for 3-4 days leading to the flush is a good way to prepare the liver for liver flush day. Castor oil has been known for it's healing abilities for hundreds of years it can soften liver and gallstones and stimulate the liver to detox.
